Vivacity and Fatality

Vivacity and Fatality: The life cycles of flowering plants

This project was a study of the life and death cycles of different flowering plants. I chose to focus on different aspects of the flower to demonstrate diversity, yet at the same time maintaining uniformity in the project. By allowing the viewer to see these in a linear format, the viewer has the ability to see either how fast or slow the process takes place. This project demonstrates the ability to capture time, or a sequence of events.

Wow, never saw these! Sorry I’m stalking your website, haha. These are really great, I love progressive series. These would look really cool in a gallery, or even as a display in someone’s home.

How truly awesome! Plus the patience it took to photograph this series.
