Tree Series

This series was part of my monthly photo project that I began in March 2010. This concentration was an exploration of something that is common to any mountainous region- trees. I have always been fascinated by macro views as well as abstractions, and I felt this was a great way to start my 2010 monthly photo project. My inspiration came from the works of Barbara Bosworth and James Balog, who both studied trees photographically.
