Although I have one last semester as an undergraduate student at the University of Nevada, Reno, I have completed all of my photography courses. My last project, Reflective Illusions, was a huge success. I have updated that gallery, so take a look at my completed project in Gallery 09. I was extremely happy with my critique; my professor called it “a breakthrough project for me.”
Now that I have finished with the academic side of my photography, I will be able to explore the art on another level. February 1, 2010 will begin my 365 project (I know so many people do this… but for me it is a way to expand on my portfolio and allow me to continue practicing and learning the art of photography.) However, my year-long project will not be self- portraits (as many participants in a 365 project choose to do). I have decided to concentrate on a different theme or subject every month. I have a few ideas for subject- matter, but I would love to hear from anyone with ideas that will be challenging and fun!
Sooooo…. help me out everyone! What subjects or ideas do you think I should include in my monthly variety project???
